New Fishing Regulation – 11th Crow Wing

Please note that fishing regulations for northern pike have changed.  The entire north central corridor of lakes in Minnesota has new rules governing keeping northern pike.  See link below with excerpt from Mn DNR website:

“In the north-central zone, anglers will be able to keep 10 northern pike, but not more than two pike longer than 26 inches; and all from 22 to 26 inches must be released. Northern pike taken by spearing follow the same rules except one pike may be between 22 and 26 inches or two larger than 26 inches.”

The special regulation regarding Pike that has existed on 10th Crow Wing for many years continues and supersedes the new regulations above:  “Northern Pike: minimum size 40″, Possession limit one”.
